How do I check on the status of my order?

View the status of your order by using our Order Status page. You will be asked to provide the order number and the email address used at the time the order was placed. If you need further assistance visit the Contact Us page, or call us at (855) 293-5500, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST and Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (CST).

Do you charge sales tax?

Federal law requires that tax be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S. Tax is calculated based on the order destination zip code.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, utilizing the VeriSign Secure Site service, one of the most recognized symbols of trust on the Web. Your credit card will be authorized at the order confirmation stage of the online ordering process.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection on the pages where you submit personal and payment information. Look for the lock at the bottom of your browser to indicate a secure connection.

What if my product is delivered damaged or defective?

If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing, quality or delivery of your products and accessories and would like to return your item(s) for a refund, please call Customer Service at 1-855-293-5500 or contact us online as soon as possible for further direction and approvals. If the error is ours, we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible, and your order will be queued for production immediately after being placed on our website. Once an order is placed, we cannot recall it for changes or cancellations. If you know there is an error or change that must be made to your product, a customer service representative may be able to issue a replacement order when you contact us. If the product is eligible for replacement (including items such as folded notes, memo pads, labels and calendars), you may be issued a replacement product at a discount off the retail price.
