Shipping

The default shipping method for all orders is Standard, which may include a variety of surface delivery methods. When possible, orders will be packaged to ship together (bundled), unless products are delivered from a partner manufacturer. Regardless of the number of facilities the package(s) ships from, there is one single shipping charge per ship-to address. If more than one ship-to address is requested, each subsequent address will incur a separate shipping charge.

Expedited shipping options, 2-day and overnight, are available as an upgrade. Selecting Expedited shipping will not move an order to the front of the production queue; all production times remain the same as those quoted. The estimated delivery time noted in the checkout is inclusive of production timeframes.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing, quality or delivery of your products and accessories and would like to return your item(s) for a refund, please call Customer Service at 1-855-293-5500 or contact us online as soon as possible for further direction and approvals. If the error is ours, we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
